Key members of CTRC

Head of CTRC, Dr. Li Hong-Wen, professor of ChinaAgriculturalUniversity, started to work on conservation tillage since 1991. He is the leader of the MOA Expert Committee of conservation tillage, the Chief Expert for the project of apply conservation tillage in all farmland of Beijing, the Chief expert of MOST conservation tillage projects since the tenth five year plan, the senior consultant for the Asian Development Bank Dryland Farming in North China Project, the Chinese Chief expert for Sino-Australia PRB project , the chief expert of the Sino-Italian conservation tillage project in Beijing and the member of consultant committee for several provinces of China. Head of Academic Committee of CTRC, Prof. Gao Huan-Wen, ChinaAgriculturalUniversity, member of the MOA Expert Committee of conservation tillage, started the conservation tillage study since 1991 with Sino-Australian projects.
